Tiger Shroff Sells Mumbai Apartment for Rs 15.6 Crore, Making a 31% Profit
Actor Tiger Shroff, known for his action-packed films like Baaghi 4, has made a significant real estate transaction by selling his luxury apartment in Khar, Mumbai, for Rs 15.6 crore. According to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards, the transaction was registered in September 2025.
The 22nd floor apartment, located in the prestigious Rustomjee Paramount building, has a total carpet area of 1,989.72 sq. ft. (184.85 sq. m.) and a built-up area of 2,189 sq. ft. (203.34 sq. m.). The deal also includes three car parking slots. The transaction involves a stamp duty of Rs 93.60 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000.
Sandeep Saraf, a resident of the same building, purchased the apartment from Tiger Shroff. Khar, one of Mumbai's most upscale real estate regions, offers both premium residential and commercial real estate options. The area is well-connected via the Western Express Highway and upcoming Metro lines, providing easy access to key locations such as the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Lower Parel, and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport.
On the professional front, Tiger Shroff's film Baaghi 4 has earned more than Rs 30 crore in its first weekend. Directed by A. Harsha and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under the Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment banner, the movie hit theaters on September 5. The film features Tiger alongside Harnaaz Kaur Sandhu, Sonam Bajwa, and Sanjay Dutt.
