Tiger Shroff Sells Pune Flat for Rs 8.87 Crore, Booking 18.3% Profit

Actor Tiger Shroff has made headlines in the real estate market after selling his residential property in Pune’s Hadapsar for Rs 8.87 crore. According to property registration data accessed by Zapkey, the transaction reflects a strong return, with the actor reportedly earning over 18 percent profit within a short span.

Tiger had originally purchased the apartment in March 2024 for Rs 7.5 crore. With the recent sale, this translates to a gross return on investment (ROI) of approximately 18.3 percent, highlighting a lucrative deal in less than two years.

The property is located in the premium Yoo Pune development by Panchshil Realty and spans 4,249 sq ft. As per the documents, the apartment was sold at a per sq ft price of Rs 20,891. The deal also included three dedicated parking spaces, adding to the overall value of the transaction.

The registration of the sale took place on March 31, 2026. For the same, a stamp duty of over Rs 62 lakh was paid, along with a registration fee of Rs 30,000. The buyer has been identified as Cherise (India) Private Limited.

Interestingly, the same company had previously leased the apartment from Tiger Shroff. Reports indicate that the property was rented out at a monthly rental of Rs 3.5 lakh for a period of five years, making it a well-utilised investment asset even before the sale.

Tiger Shroff, son of veteran actor Jackie Shroff, has carved his own niche in the industry with action-packed roles and a strong focus on fitness and dance. Known for films like Student of the Year 2 and War, the actor continues to remain a popular figure among younger audiences.

He is not the only Bollywood celebrity making moves in the property market. Over the past year, several stars including Akshay Kumar, Amitabh Bachchan, Prabhu Deva, Preity Zinta, and Sonakshi Sinha have also sold properties, indicating a trend of high-value transactions in the celebrity real estate space.

In March 2026, Preity Zinta sold an apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra area for Rs 18.50 crore, further underlining the ongoing momentum in the luxury property segment.

Tiger Shroff could not be reached for comment on the deal, and a response from Cherise (India) Private Limited is awaited.
