Trident Realty Launches 199 Premium Plots in Panchkula, Aims for ₹1,200 Crore Revenue
Trident Realty, a leading real estate developer based in Delhi-NCR, has launched 199 residential plots in its premium housing development project in Panchkula, spanning 200 acres. The company expects to generate a revenue of ₹1,200 crore from the sale of these plots, as announced in a statement on November 9.
The plot sizes range from 300 sq. yd to 680 sq. yd. The project, known as Trident Hills, will feature a 1.25-acre central park, complete with green lawns, an open-air amphitheatre, and a dedicated kids’ play area. This development is designed to offer a premium living experience, aligning with the growing demand for high-quality residential spaces in North India.
S K Narvar, Group Chairman of Trident Realty, expressed his confidence in the project's success, stating, “The overwhelming response to the earlier phases of Trident Hills reinforces Panchkula’s position as one of North India’s most sought-after real estate destinations.” The new phase, named ‘Central Vista,’ will include additional amenities such as a reflexology pathway, yoga pavilion, open-air amphitheatre, jogging tracks, an outdoor gym, and dedicated children’s play zones. Sports facilities will also be provided, including a basketball and a pickleball court.
Parvinder Singh, Chief Executive Officer of Trident Realty, highlighted the company's track record, noting that they have already handed over possession to 500 property owners in the township. The strategic location of Trident Hills along the Zirakpur–Panchkula–Kalka Highway offers residents easy access to various attractions, such as the Bir Shikargah, Khol-Hai Raitan, and Sukhna Wildlife Sanctuaries, Kaushalya Dam, Morni Hills, and Sukhna Lake in Chandigarh.
Trident Realty has also expanded its footprint beyond Panchkula by partnering with realty major DLF Ltd to develop a residential project in Mumbai. This collaboration underscores the company's commitment to delivering high-quality residential and commercial spaces across key markets in India.
