Tulip Infratech Announces Rs 1,100 Crore Investment in Luxury Housing in Gurugram
New Delhi, June 17 (PTI) - Tulip Infratech, a prominent real estate firm based in Gurugram, has announced a significant investment of Rs 1,100 crore for the development of a luxury housing project named 'Tulip Melrose.' The project will be situated on Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) and will span across 7.5 acres of land.
The ambitious project will include over 600 residential units and is expected to be completed within the next four years. According to Tulip Infratech promoter Siddharth Jain, the investment excludes the cost of the land. The project has already been launched for sale, with the starting price set around Rs 6 crore.
Parveen Jain, Chairman & Managing Director of Tulip Infratech, expressed his optimism about the project's location. 'Southern Peripheral Road is entering a defining phase of growth and is steadily establishing itself among NCR's most important luxury residential destinations,' he said.
The project will feature four residential towers, each approximately 495 feet tall, making them some of the tallest in the SPR belt. Despite the market being slow compared to 2024 levels, Siddharth Jain noted that the company has received a positive response from both end-users and investors due to the competitive pricing.
Tulip Infratech has a strong track record in the real estate sector, having completed more than 10 projects in Gurugram. Currently, the company is also developing two other luxury housing projects: 'Tulip Monsella' with an investment of Rs 3,600 crore and 'Tulip Crimson' at a cost of Rs 1,200 crore.
The new project, 'Tulip Melrose,' is expected to further solidify Tulip Infratech's position in the luxury housing market of Gurugram and contribute to the city's growing reputation as a premier residential destination.
