Ventive Hospitality Reports Strong Q3 Revenue and Profit Growth

Pune, Maharashtra, India – Ventive Hospitality Ltd (BSE: 544321, NSE: VENTIVE) has reported robust financial results for the third quarter of the fiscal year 2026, ending December 31, 2025. The company has shown a strong performance across all its business segments, highlighting its strategic focus on operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

In Q3 FY 26, Ventive reported consolidated revenue of INR 722 crore, marking a 27% year-on-year (yoy) growth. The consolidated EBITDA stood at INR 348 crore, a 25% increase yoy. The company achieved a consolidated EBITDA margin of 48%, demonstrating its financial strength and efficiency. Profit After Tax (PAT) was INR 141 crore, marking the fifth consecutive quarter of positive PAT.

The hospitality business was a significant contributor to the company's success, generating revenue of INR 565 crore, a 35% yoy growth. The hospitality segment's EBITDA was INR 226 crore, up 54% yoy. The EBITDA margin for the hospitality business was 40%, an improvement of 5 percentage points yoy.

Within the hospitality segment, the company's Indian hotels saw a revenue increase of 22% and EBITDA growth of 35% yoy. The international hospitality business, which includes properties in the Maldives, reported a 46% revenue growth and a 73% EBITDA increase. EBITDA margins for the Indian and international businesses were 41% and 39%, respectively.

Revenue from Ventive's annuity portfolio, which comprises prime commercial real estate and retail properties in Pune, was INR 128 crore, with an EBITDA of INR 116 crore.

Operational performance in Q3 was equally impressive. The company's Indian hotels reported an Average Daily Rate (ADR) growth of 17% and stable occupancy at 62%. RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room) growth in the Indian hospitality business was 15% yoy. The international hospitality business reported an occupancy rate of 71%, with a same-store occupancy of 65%, a 4 percentage points expansion yoy.

The company's unique food and beverage (F&B) offerings continued to drive revenue growth. The Total Revenue per Available Room (TRevPAR) for Indian hotels was INR 15,985, up 14% yoy, while Maldives resorts reported a TRevPAR of INR 81,936, a 17% increase compared to the same period last year.
