His property portfolio also includes four commercial buildings worth ₹82 crore, non-agricultural land worth ₹22 crore, and agricultural land worth ₹20 lakh. In terms of personal assets, Vijay owns gold jewelry worth ₹5 crore and silver jewelry worth ₹4 lakh. His collection of luxury vehicles further underscores his affluent lifestyle. His fleet includes a BMW 530 (2020) worth ₹80 lakh, a Toyota Lexus 350 (2024) worth ₹13 crore, a Toyota Vellfire TN (2014) worth ₹1.6 crore, a BMW I7 (2024) worth ₹2 crore, a Maruti Swift (2024) worth ₹5 lakh, a TVS XL SUPER (2025) worth ₹67k, and a Tata Caravan (2015) worth ₹6 crore.
Vijay's annual income has been consistently growing, primarily from films, interest from bank deposits, and rent from properties.
