Prestige Estates Projects
Prestige Estates has entered into a joint venture with ABIL Group to develop a premium residential project in Mumbai. The development will be executed through Aaramnagar Realty LLP, which holds development rights for a land parcel in Aram Nagar, Versova. The project spans around 6 acres and has a development potential of approximately 1.7 million square feet, with an estimated gross development value of over ₹9,000 crore.
The project will cater to demand for premium housing in Mumbai's western suburbs, with Versova emerging as a key micro market due to strong infrastructure, connectivity, and proximity to commercial hubs.
