YEIDA Approves 200-Acre Logistics Park Near Noida Airport

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has approved a 200-acre multimodal logistics park at Tappal-Bajna, close to the upcoming Noida International Airport. The facility will be offered to eligible investors through an e-auction process.
Warehousing and cargo hub
Planned to support warehousing, cargo movement and supply-chain operations around the airport, the logistics park is expected to draw logistics firms, third-party warehousing operators and industrial occupiers looking for quick access to air freight.
8,000-hectare industrial node
YEIDA has also initiated planning for an 8,000-hectare industrial node to the south of the airport, signalling a large-scale expansion of the Yamuna Expressway corridor. The node is expected to accommodate manufacturing units and supporting infrastructure.
Impact on the NCR property market
For Maharashtra-based buyers and investors tracking northern markets, the project underscores how airport-led infrastructure can lift land values and housing demand in adjoining districts. Improved freight connectivity typically precedes a firming of residential and industrial land prices in the catchment area.
Further details on e-auction timelines, allotment norms and phasing of the industrial node are awaited from YEIDA.
