Yugen Infra Secures MahaRERA Approval for Garden of Eden Residential Project
Yugen Infra has received the Project Registration Certificate from the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) for their new residential plotted development, Garden of Eden, marking Phase 2 of Yugen Golf City. The project is located in Village Banda, Taluka Sawantwadi, District Sindhudurg, Maharashtra, and represents a significant milestone for the company in their township business development plan.
Registered under MahaRERA, Garden of Eden is a residential plot development project covering a gross total land area of approximately 180,000 square meters. The project offers 278 luxurious residential plots, designed to support independent villas and holiday homes. The plot sizes vary based on the approved layout plan, making it an ideal choice for second home investment, senior living, or land banking for an extended period.
The project is strategically located in the MOPA influence corridor, which enhances its appeal for potential buyers. A well-planned internal infrastructure framework has been developed, including internal roads, a boundary wall, water supply systems, electricity provisioning, stormwater management, underground drainage, planned green buffers, and open spaces. These features are incorporated in line with the approved layout norms to ensure balanced and organized living within the township's ecosystem.
All compulsory disclosures, approvals, layouts, and details of areas have been properly registered on the MahaRERA website. This ensures transparency and compliance with RERA rules, providing buyers with the assurance of a legally valid plotted development scheme.
On this occasion, Mr. Sheeshram Yadav, the Managing Director at Yugen Infra, stated, “The MahaRERA registration of Garden of Eden exemplifies our adherence to regulatory requirements and the ideals of proper development. This registration enables home buyers to possess complete assurance with regards to the legally valid plotted development scheme, which is a part of our larger township concept.”
Being situated in the North Goa-Sindhudurg growth corridor, Garden of Eden benefits from location advantages, a golf-integrated township, and infrastructure-first development strategies. The project is planned as a low-density plotted development scheme, further enhancing its appeal as a premium residential option.
