Pune: 1,337 Flats Up for Lottery in PMRDA’s Affordable Housing Scheme

There are 1,337 flats up for lottery in the PMRDA’s Affordable Housing Scheme in Pune.
The scheme includes flats for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and the Low-Income Group (LIG).
The EWS flats are 29.55 square meters and priced at ₹15,74,424, while the LIG flats are 59.27 square meters and priced at ₹35,57,200.
The deadline for applying for the affordable housing scheme is 12th November.
Citizens can register for the scheme by visiting the PMRDA website and completing the registration process.
