20th GIHED Property Olympiad to Kick Off in Ahmedabad: A Hub for Real Estate Investors

The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India, Ahmedabad, (formerly known as CREDAI Ahmedabad GIHED) will organise the 20th edition of the GIHED Property Olympiad at the GMDC Ground in Ahmedabad from January 9 to 11.

The exhibition will feature more than 400 projects across multiple segments under one roof for both buyers and investors. Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel will inaugurate the Property Olympiad, a platform for showcasing real estate projects in and around Ahmedabad.

The event gains significance as the city prepares for a new phase of urban and infrastructure-led growth, said Rajesh Vaswani, chairman of CREDAI Ahmedabad.

“Ahmedabad’s selection as the host city for the 2030 Commonwealth Games and its plans to bid for the 2036 Summer Olympics will place the city firmly on the global map. These developments are expected to drive large-scale infrastructure creation, attract significant investments and generate strong demand across residential, commercial and other segments, strengthening Ahmedabad’s long-term economic prospects. The Property Olympiad offers a timely platform for buyers and investors to participate in the city’s growth,” Vaswani said.

Aalap Patel, president of CREDAI Ahmedabad, said the Property Olympiad would provide visitors access to a diverse portfolio of projects catering to varied budgets and preferences.

“The event will showcase a broad mix of real estate projects, including affordable and premium housing, commercial and industrial developments, weekend homes, and plotted projects. Visitors will be able to explore multiple options, engage with developers and get comprehensive information at the venue,” Patel said.

GIHED Property Olympiad will feature over 400 affordable, premium, hi-end projects including commercial, plotting schemes from over 60 leading developers across Ahmedabad and existing and upcoming growth corridors in its vicinity. Financial institutions are also taking part in the exhibition to assist prospective buyers with loans and financing solutions.

Over the years, the GIHED Property Olympiad has become one of the largest such exhibitions in Ahmedabad and has played an important role in bridging the gap between developers and consumers.
