78-Year-Old Man Successfully Treated for Giant Bile Duct Stone in Pune
Pune, June 1 -- A team of doctors at Inamdar Multispeciality Hospital in Pune has successfully treated a 78-year-old man who was found to have a giant stone in his common bile duct. The treatment was carried out using an advanced endoscopic procedure, helping the patient avoid a major surgery.
The patient had been experiencing severe abdominal pain, jaundice, fever, nausea, vomiting, and a significant loss of appetite.
