91Springboard Expands Co-Working Footprint with Six New Centers in India
91Springboard, a prominent co-working space provider, has recently expanded its footprint by launching six new centers in Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, and Pune. This strategic move adds 3,600 desks and expands the company's operational space by 1.7 lakh sq. ft. The expansion is a direct response to the increasing demand for flexible office environments from corporates, entrepreneurs, and freelancers. With these new additions, 91Springboard now operates around 30,000 desks across 1.5 million sq ft in India.
According to Sameer Singh, Chief Operating Officer at 91Springboard, “These new hubs are more than just office spaces – they are dynamic ecosystems designed to fuel innovation, collaboration, and growth.” The company aims to support businesses scaling across India by offering “flexible, intuitive workspaces that feel like home but work like a powerhouse.”
91Springboard now has 40 centers across eight cities, including Bengaluru, Mumbai, New Delhi, Hyderabad, Gurugram, Noida, Pune, and Goa. The expansion reflects a broader trend, with a report by real estate consultant Vestian projecting that flexible space operators will manage over 100 million sq. ft. by the end of 2026.
The new centers are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and amenities, including high-speed internet, meeting rooms, and collaborative spaces. These features are designed to enhance productivity and foster a community-driven work environment. 91Springboard’s commitment to providing top-notch facilities and a supportive ecosystem is evident in their recent expansion.
As the demand for flexible workspaces continues to grow, 91Springboard is well-positioned to meet the needs of a diverse range of businesses. The company’s expansion not only addresses the immediate needs of the market but also aligns with the long-term vision of fostering innovation and collaboration in the Indian business landscape.
