Aadhar Housing Finance Sticks to 24% AUM Growth Guidance for FY25
Real Estate News:Aadhar Housing Finance has reported a 19.9% growth in net interest income for the first quarter of FY25, reaching ₹357 crore compared to ₹298 crore in the same period last year. Rishi Anand, MD and CEO of Aadhar Housing Finance, stated that they would maintain their asset under management (AUM) growth guidance at 22-24% for FY25.

In an interview, Anand explained that the growth would be upward of 25% on a year-on-year (YoY) basis, adjusted to the RBI circular. He emphasized that there has been no degrowth and the company continues to indicate 22-24% growth on AUM for the financial year.

When asked about the impact of the new housing taxation on demand, Anand stated that it could affect investments. However, he pointed out that Aadhar Housing Finance focuses on the lowest segment of society, where customers typically build only one house in their lifetime. This suggests that the impact on their business might be different.
