Aamir Khan leased the apartments in Pali Hill due to the redevelopment of his current housing society in Bandra. The redeveloped building will offer ultra-luxury sea-view apartments.
The monthly rent for the four apartments leased by Aamir Khan in Pali Hill is ₹24.5 lakh.
The lease period for the apartments is five years, from May 2025 to May 2030, with a lock-in period of 45 months.
The redeveloped housing society is being handled by Atmosphere Realty, a joint venture between Wadhwa Group, MICL, and Chandak Group.
