The controversy involves a ₹300-crore land deal in Pune, where 40 acres of government-owned land were allegedly sold to Amadea Enterprises LLP, a company co-owned by Parth Pawar and Digvijay Patil. A stamp duty of ₹21 crore was reportedly waived in this deal.
Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis ordered a probe into the land deal, which is being headed by Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) Vikas Kharge.
Two FIRs have been registered. One names Digvijay Patil, Shital Tejwani, and sub-registrar R B Taru for alleged misappropriation and cheating. The second FIR names Patil, Tejwani, and suspended revenue official Suryakant Yewale.
Ajit Pawar has clarified that neither he nor his office had any role or knowledge about the transaction at any stage.
