Real Estate News:NEW DELHI Ajmera Realty & Infra India, a leading real estate developer, has announced a impressive 58.26% growth in its net consolidated profit during the quarter ended September 30, 2024. According to a BSE filing, the company's profit after tax (before non-controlling stakes) stood at Rs 36.29 crore, up from Rs 22.93 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.

The company's net consolidated total income also showed a substantial increase, reaching Rs 204.12 crore in Q2 FY25, a growth of 38.30% from Rs 147.59 crore recorded in the same period last year.

Dhaval Ajmera, the director of the company, stated, 'A robust pipeline comprising seven projects with a gross development value (GDV) of Rs 4,270 crore is set to launch in the second half of FY25.' This strong project pipeline is expected to drive further growth and strengthen the company's market position.

In the first half of FY25, the company's sales value grew by 18% to Rs 560 crore from Rs 476 crore in H1 FY24. Additionally, collections saw a significant 34% growth in H1 FY25, reaching Rs 298 crore from Rs 222 crore in H1 FY24. These positive financial metrics reflect the company's strong operational performance and market demand for its projects.

Ajmera Realty has also made strategic moves in the capital market. The company successfully raised Rs 225 crore through a preferential allotment of equity shares, onboarding marquee investors in the process. Furthermore, it closed its maiden private equity deal with a domestic institutional investor, further solidifying its financial foundation.
