The Bachchans spent ₹24.95 crore on the properties in Mulund West. Abhishek Bachchan purchased six units for approximately ₹14.77 crore, while Amitabh Bachchan acquired four units for around ₹10.18 crore.
The properties are located in Oberoi Realty’s premium residential project, Eternia, in Mulund West, Mumbai.
The Bachchans acquired a total of 10 apartments in Mulund West. Eight units have a carpet area of 1,049 sq. ft. each, and the remaining two units measure 912 sq. ft. per unit.
The Bachchans paid a stamp duty of ₹1.50 crore for the properties in Mulund West.
The total real estate investment of the Bachchan family in 2024 has reached ₹100 crore so far.
