The properties are located in Mulund West, Mumbai, within the Oberoi Realty project called Eternia.
They purchased a total of 10 apartments with a combined carpet area of 10,216 square feet.

Each purchase includes two dedicated parking spots and there is an additional Rs 1.50 crore in stamp duty fees.
