The transaction was confirmed on March 6 by real estate developer The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL), which facilitated the deal.

The acquisition adds to Bachchan’s growing list of property investments in the rapidly developing temple town. According to the developer, the purchase was executed by Rajesh Yadav, Managing Director of AB Corp Ltd, the Bachchan family’s company.

This latest purchase marks Bachchan’s third investment in Ayodhya through HoABL and his fourth overall collaboration with the developer. The actor had earlier bought land parcels within the same development in 2024.
