The Anand Rathi Group family purchased a 10,538-sq-ft flat in the Lodha Sea Face project at Worli for ₹131.7 crore.
The flat was purchased by Pradeep Gupta, co-founder and vice-chairman of Anand Rathi Financial Services Ltd, and his wife Priti Gupta, managing director of Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers Ltd.
The Lodha Sea Face project has only 30 residences.
Notable purchases include a flat by Seema Singh of Alkem Laboratories for ₹185 crore, a unit by SR Menon Properties LLP for ₹187.47 crore, and a duplex apartment by Shaula Real Estates Pvt Ltd for ₹225.76 crore in Naman Xana.
