Real Estate:Anant Raj Limited, a prominent real estate and infrastructure company based in the National Capital Region (NCR), has announced a significant expansion of its Data Center business. On Tuesday, the share price of Anant Raj Limited jumped nearly 2 per cent to an intraday high of Rs 573.60 per share. As of 2:21 pm IST, the stock price was trading at Rs 559.80 per share, down by 0.51 per cent.

The company, which has a market cap of over Rs 19,000 crore, has seen its stock price rise by 48 per cent from its 52-week low. Anant Raj Limited, incorporated in 1985 as Anant Raj Clay Products by Ashok Sarin, is primarily engaged in the development and construction of IT parks, hospitality projects, SEZs, office complexes, shopping malls, and residential projects in Delhi, Haryana, Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, and NCR.

The company is operationalising an additional 22 MW of IT load capacity at its data center campuses located in Manesar and Panchkula, Haryana. This expansion will bring Anant Raj Limited’s total data center capacity, including cloud services, to 28 MW. This infrastructural leap is expected to drive robust business growth, with the company projecting revenue from its data center and cloud services business to reach approximately ₹1,200 crore by FY27 and further scale up to nearly ₹9,000 crore by FY32. These projections underscore the high-growth potential that Anant Raj sees in this segment.

The expansion plans were unveiled during the company's recent 'Bharat Built: Soil to Server' Technology Day event, which saw enthusiastic participation from investors, partners, and stakeholders. Anant Raj has laid a robust foundation for an ambitious scale-up plan, aiming to achieve a total of 63 MW IT load capacity by FY27 and a massive 307 MW by FY32 across three key locations: Panchkula, Manesar, and Rai.

Anant Raj Limited has successfully developed more than 20 million square feet (msf) of real estate projects in the Housing, Commercial, IT Parks, Shopping Malls, Hospitality, Residential, and Affordable Housing sub-segments. The company's strategic expansion into the data center sector aligns with its vision to leverage technology and infrastructure to drive sustainable growth and deliver long-term value to its stakeholders.
