Anshul Singhal Launches Vantrock Real Assets With ₹4,200-cr GDV

By GeoSquare News Desk · Published 2026-10-14

Mumbai-based Vantrock Real Assets has been launched by real-estate professional Anshul Singhal, who brings more than two decades of industry experience across development, investments and advisory mandates. The new platform is seeded with a pipeline carrying a gross development value (GDV) of about ₹4,200 crore.

A Mumbai-headquartered development platform

The company is headquartered in Mumbai and plans to foray into direct project development in addition to its investment and asset-management work. Industry watchers expect the platform to target residential and mixed-use opportunities in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and other key Maharashtra markets, where land and redevelopment deals remain active.

What a ₹4,200-crore GDV signals

GDV reflects the estimated end value of projects a developer plans to build, rather than completed sales. A pipeline of this scale suggests Vantrock will pursue a mix of outright acquisitions, joint ventures and redevelopment tie-ups, subject to approvals and funding. For buyers and investors, the entry of a well-capitalised new platform adds another channel of supply in a market already seeing aggressive launches from both listed and unlisted developers.

Outlook for Maharashtra buyers

Mumbai's redevelopment and premium-housing segments continue to draw fresh capital, and new platforms such as Vantrock are expected to compete on location quality, construction timelines and payment structures. Buyers should verify project approvals and RERA registration directly with the authority before booking.
