The monthly rent for the new Apple store in Borivali is ₹17.35 lakh.
Apple currently operates two retail outlets in India, one in Mumbai’s BKC and another in Delhi’s Saket.
The total lease period for the Borivali store is 130 months (nearly 11 years).
Apple is planning to expand to Bengaluru for its third retail location in the country.
