Apple has leased approximately 2.7 lakh sq ft of office space in Embassy Group’s Embassy Zenith in Bengaluru.
The total rental outlay for Apple’s lease in Bengaluru is over ₹1,000 crore over a 10-year term.
Apple will receive 362 car parking spaces as part of the deal.
The annual rent escalation rate in Apple’s lease agreement is 4.5%.
In May 2025, Apple leased 7,997.8 sq ft of retail space in North Bengaluru's upscale Phoenix Mall of Asia for an annual rent of ₹2.09 crore for 10 years. In 2023, Apple leased several floors of Prestige Estates Projects’ commercial building, Prestige Minsk Square, in Bengaluru’s central business district on Cubbon Road, for 10 years at a starting monthly rent of ₹2.44 crore.
