Job Description and Requirements

- Real Estate Expertise : Candidates should be adept in conducting title diligence, rendering opinions, advising, structuring real estate transactions, drafting, negotiating, finalizing, and procuring registration of legal documents. This includes, but is not limited to, title reports, agreements, and deeds.
- Government Interactions : The role requires the ability to interact confidently with Revenue Officers, the Office of the Sub-Registrar, and other government authorities to facilitate clients' work.
- Client Interface : The candidate should be capable of engaging with clients professionally and confidently, ensuring clear communication and understanding of legal matters.
- Legal Knowledge : In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Land laws, Municipal Laws, the Transfer of Property Act, 1882, the Registration Act, 1908, the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, the Orissa Land Reforms (OLR) Act, 1960, the Odisha Development Authorities Act, 1982, and other related laws are essential. The candidate must also have the skill to analyze land title deeds, revenue records, and other land documents.
- Language Proficiency : Fluency in reading, speaking, and writing in both English and Odia is required.
