Arbaaz Khan Acquires Luxurious Apartment in Mumbai's Jogeshwari
Arbaaz Khan, the brother of Bollywood megastar Salman Khan, has made a significant real estate investment in Mumbai. According to property registration documents accessed by Zapkey, Arbaaz has purchased a 1,243 sq ft apartment in the Autograph Residency building in Jogeshwari West, Mumbai, for a whopping ₹2.78 crore.
The apartment, located on the 27th floor of the Autograph Residency building on Link Road, is a RERA carpet area unit. The property was purchased at a per sq ft price of over ₹22,000, along with two parking spaces. The transaction was registered on February 17, 2026, with a stamp duty of over ₹16 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000.
The apartment is currently under construction by Mutistar Builders LLP, and possession is scheduled for December 2030. Documents show that five flats, totaling 8,565 sq ft of MOFA Carpet Area, are owned by the Agnihotri family and their company, Reel Life Production Pvt Ltd. Following the redevelopment, the 11 members of the society will receive over 12,400 sq ft of RERA Carpet Area. Atul Agnihotri, who is married to Alvira, the sister of Salman Khan, is best known for his debut film Sir (1993) and other notable films such as Aatish: Feel the Fire (1994) and Krantiveer (1994).
These recent real estate moves by members of the Khan family highlight the growing trend of Bollywood personalities diversifying their investments into the property market.
