The land parcel acquired by Arkade Developers in Dahisar, Mumbai, spans 6.5 acres.
The projected gross development value (GDV) of the Anand Nagar Society redevelopment project is ₹1,700 crore.
The total saleable area of the redevelopment project is approximately 6.76 lakh sq ft.

In addition to the Dahisar project, Arkade Developers has also acquired a 4-acre land parcel in Goregaon West, which has been leased to Filmistan Pvt Ltd.
