Real Estate Pune:Arvind SmartSpaces has seen a significant boost with the signing of a new residential apartment project in Bengaluru. The project, located on ITPL road near Whitefield, offers a total estimated saleable area of 4.2 lakh square feet and has a top-line potential of Rs 600 crore. This marks the company's 12th overall project and 8th high-rise project in Bangalore, following the acquisition of the Bannerghatta high-rise project in FY24.
