In a related transaction, Arvind SmartSpaces' wholly-owned subsidiary, Arvind Skyline (ASPL), has acquired a 49% stake in Oxford Navrang Realtors for a consideration of ₹49,000. The acquisition is expected to be finalized within a month. Additionally, the company has divested a 13% stake in ASPL to two investors for ₹13,000, reducing its holding in the subsidiary to 87%.
