Ashiana Housing Q1 FY26 Update: Sales Surge 83% to ₹431 Crore

Delhi-based Ashiana Housing, a prominent real estate developer in India, has announced impressive results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2026 (Q1 FY26). The company reported a substantial 83% year-on-year increase in sales, which reached ₹431 crore, up from ₹235.32 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year. Additionally, the area booked grew by 35% year-on-year, totaling 5.95 lakh square feet, compared to 4.42 lakh square feet in Q1 FY25.

The company booked 407 units in Q1 FY26, which is lower than the 597 units booked in Q4 FY25. The higher volume in the previous quarter was primarily due to the sale of 295 units in Nitara Phase 2 and 3, covering 3.97 lakh square feet and generating ₹174.35 crore, and 59 units in Amarah Phase 5, with 1.05 lakh square feet and ₹158.96 crore.

In the latest quarter, Ashiana launched two new projects. Ashiana Tarang Phase 6 in Bhiwadi saw strong demand, with 117 out of 192 units booked, covering 1.457 lakh square feet and generating ₹68.23 crore. Ashiana Aravali in Jaipur also performed well, with 30 out of 50 units sold, covering 0.745 lakh square feet and generating ₹56.26 crore.

For reference, Ashiana Housing had a robust performance in the full fiscal year 2025 (FY25), booking 26.97 lakh square feet worth ₹1,936.75 crore.
