Ashiana Housing has acquired a 22.71-acre land in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
The land is situated within the complex of Mahindra World City in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Ashiana Housing plans to develop a senior living project, including villas and apartments, on the acquired land.
The new senior living project is expected to have a sales potential of around Rs 1,200 crore.
In Q1 FY26, Ashiana Housing reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 12.72 crore, up from a net loss of Rs 5.45 crore in Q1 FY25. Net sales also increased by 138% to Rs 292.81 crore from Rs 123.03 crore in Q1 FY25.
