ASK Curated Luxury Assets Fund-I (ASK CLAF I) is a real estate investment fund launched by ASK Property Fund and India Sotheby’s International Realty (ISIR) to invest in luxury housing projects across major cities in India.
ASK CLAF I has raised ₹500 crore within three months of its launch, with strong interest from Indian family offices and Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNIs).
ASK CLAF I will invest in early-stage luxury residential projects, premium developments in major cities, and horizontal developments such as second homes and holiday properties.
The fund aims to achieve a minimum return of 2x on invested capital by capturing the project’s profit margin.
ASK Property Fund is the investment manager and sponsor, while India Sotheby’s International Realty (ISIR) is the co-sponsor and real estate advisor.
