AU Real Estate has acquired the selling rights for 446 units in Aspire Silicon City through a digital auction conducted by NBCC (India) Ltd.
The total value of the Aspire Silicon City project acquisition is ₹1,468 crore.
Aspire Silicon City includes modern amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, steam/sauna, business centre, play zone, two banquet halls, and landscaped party lawns.
NBCC (India) Ltd. was entrusted by the Supreme Court of India to complete the stalled projects of the Amrapali Group, including Aspire Silicon City, under judicial oversight.
