Mumbai, March 12: Aurum PropTech Limited has approved the sale of two industrial buildings in Navi Mumbai for a consideration of approximately ₹112 crore. The decision was made during a Board meeting held on Thursday, as disclosed in an exchange filing under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The Board authorized the disposal of Buildings Q5 and Q6, located at Millennium Business Park, MIDC Mahape, Navi Mumbai. The immovable property measures approximately 125,893 square feet and represents a non-core asset within the company’s portfolio.
According to the regulatory filing, the buyer for the transaction is Deepman Infra Private Limited. The agreement for sale is expected to be executed within 90 days from the Board meeting held on March 12, 2026.
