Managing Director Avinash Jagdale engaged with international investors, presenting planned development opportunities across Navi Mumbai, Panvel, NAINA, and the broader Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
J Prime Buildcon has delivered over 850 homes to date and aims to provide housing for more than 6,000 people in the next four years. The company is ranked among Navi Mumbai’s top three developers in terms of land bank holdings, owning one of the largest reserves in the region. Jagdale said the upcoming projects are expected to generate 3,000–4,000 direct and indirect jobs, reflecting the company’s long-term commitment to Maharashtra’s industrial and social development. Global investors expressed confidence in the state’s urban planning, logistics connectivity, and sustainable growth.
At the forum, J Prime Buildcon held detailed discussions with several international industry groups on investment and technical collaborations, with formal agreements expected soon. These initiatives are projected to create 10–12 lakh direct jobs and at least double that in indirect employment. Sectors such as energy, green energy, logistics, IT, manufacturing, steel, and real estate are set to drive a new phase of employment and economic growth across Navi Mumbai, Panvel, Raigad, NAINA, and the MMR.
