They have amassed approximately 0.19 million sq. ft. of property with a combined investment of Rs. 219 crore. Remarkably, the Bachchans have invested over Rs. 100 crore in real estate in 2024 alone.

Their portfolio primarily includes properties in Oshiwara and Magathane (Borivali East), comprising both residential and commercial spaces. This latest acquisition in Mulund further solidifies the Bachchans' presence in Mumbai’s real estate market.

Oberoi Realty, one of the leading real estate developers in Mumbai, is known for its premium projects. The Eternia project in Mulund West is a prime example of their high-quality developments, offering luxurious living in one of the city's most sought-after areas.
