Real Estate News:Bajaj Housing Finance (BHFL) has reported a significant growth of 20.95% in its net consolidated profit during the quarter ended September 30, 2024. The company's profit after tax stood at Rs 545.60 crore, up from Rs 451.11 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, as per a BSE filing.

The company's net consolidated total income also saw a robust increase, growing by 26.09% to Rs 2,410.24 crore in Q2 FY25 compared to Rs 1,911.55 crore in the same period last year. BHFL has made an initial public offer (IPO) during the period ended September 30, 2024, issuing 93,71,42,856 equity shares of Rs 10 each, which includes a fresh issue of 50,85,71,428 equity shares and 42,85,71,428 equity shares offered for sale by selling shareholders.
