Real Estate:Bengaluru has emerged as the leader in large office space leasing in India, with transactions reaching 4.5 million sq ft in the first half of 2024. According to a report by Knight Frank, the city accounted for 53% of the total commercial transaction volumes in the top eight cities in India.

The report also stated that transactions for office spaces above 100,000 sq ft recorded a substantial year-on-year (YoY) growth of 54% in the first half of 2024, from 10.18 million sq ft in the first half of 2023 to 15.69 million sq ft in the first half of 2024.

Bengaluru's large office spaces contributed significantly to the city's total commercial transaction volumes, amounting to 4.5 million sq ft, followed by Hyderabad and Mumbai with 3.08 million sq ft and 2.66 million sq ft, respectively.
