PES spent a total of ₹110 crore on acquiring the two properties in Sadashiva Nagar, Bengaluru.
Both properties are located on 2nd Main Road in Sadashiva Nagar, an upscale locality in Bengaluru.
Each property acquired by PES measures 9,840 sq ft of land. The first property is a vacant residential plot, and the second is an independent house with a built-up area of 5,575 sq ft.
Sadashiva Nagar is known for its upscale residential character and proximity to central Bengaluru. It has been witnessing significant interest from educational and institutional buyers due to its prime location and large plot sizes.
