The Bharat Bhoomi Fund is an INR 2000 crore Category II AIF by Wealth Company Asset Management Private Limited, focused on transforming India’s real estate sector through sustainable, long-term asset creation. It aims to build Net-Zero, high-yield real estate assets that deliver measurable impact in energy efficiency, water conservation, and carbon reduction.
BOOTES is India’s first Net-Zero Engineering Company, specializing in climate-smart and off-grid infrastructure. They provide engineering, procurement, and construction services for sustainable real estate projects, integrating advanced solutions such as renewable energy systems and Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) water recycling technologies.
The main goals of the partnership are to jointly identify, design, and execute a new generation of Net-Zero real estate projects, including plotted developments, luxury villa communities, and mixed-use smart townships.
