Singh is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Ghaziabad, and brings over 23 years of experience to the role. He began his career as a programme manager with Solutions Integrated Marketing Services in 2000. After three and a half years, he moved to DTZ, where he spent nearly a decade, eventually becoming the Director of Occupier Services. In 2016, he joined JLL India as a Director, specializing in real estate and investment management.
In 2017, Singh took on the role of Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he later became the Senior Director and Head of North India. In August 2020, he joined Colliers as the Managing Director, Regional Talent Representation (India) and Office Services (North India). Within two years, he was promoted to Managing Director, North India, and in February 2024, he was elevated to Managing Director, Developer and Investor Services, India.
In his new role as COO at RISE Infraventures, Bhupindra Singh will be responsible for driving the company’s growth strategy by strengthening real-estate development partnerships and expanding leasing and investment operations across key markets.
