Real Estate:NEW DELHI: BirlaNu, a part of the CKA Birla Group, has reported a net consolidated loss after tax of ₹24.71 crore in the quarter ended March 31, 2025. This is a significant increase from the net loss after tax of ₹11 lakh reported in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, as stated in a BSE filing. The company's net consolidated total income stood at ₹939.85 crore in Q4 FY25, marking a growth of 8.93% from ₹862.78 crore recorded in the similar quarter last year. Akshat Seth, the managing director and CEO of the company, highlighted that the transition to Organic Based Stabilizers (OBS) technology in their uPVC pipes aligns with their commitment to reducing environmental impact while maintaining high quality for customers. This move underscores BirlaNu's dedication to sustainable practices and innovation in their product offerings. The board of directors recommended a final dividend of ₹30 per equity share of ₹10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, demonstrating the company's commitment to rewarding its shareholders despite the financial challenges.
