The total cost of the lease in Bengaluru is ₹410 crore over a 10-year term.
The office space is located in KNG Tower 1 from IndiQube Space Limited in Ashok Nagar on MG Road.
The monthly rent for the Bengaluru office space is ₹2.72 crore at a rate of ₹190 per sq ft, with an annual rental escalation of 5%.
In July 2024, BlackRock Services India Pvt Ltd leased 42,700 sq ft in Raheja Altimus in Worli, Mumbai, for a monthly rent of ₹1.28 crore for five years.
