The plot purchased by Kushal Tandon is valued at ₹2 crore.
The project where Kushal Tandon has purchased the plot is called Sol de Alibaug, developed by The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL).
Alibaug is a popular spot for second homes due to its natural beauty, proximity to Mumbai, and improved connectivity thanks to the recently inaugurated Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (MTHL).
