Sri Lotus Developers and Realty is owned by Anand Pandit, who is also a film producer.
Anand Pandit was inspired by Amitabh Bachchan’s film Trishul, which motivated him to move to Mumbai and start his own real estate company.
Shah Rukh Khan humorously remarked that Anand Pandit owns a significant portion of Mumbai, stating that during their late-night drives, almost all buildings belong to Pandit.
