The real estate revenue for Q1FY26 grew by 22% to ₹892 crore, up from ₹733 crore in Q1FY25.
The EBITDA for the April-July quarter of FY26 was ₹323.9 crore, a 11% increase from ₹291.9 crore in the same period last year.
The leasing revenue for Q1FY26 increased by 15% year-on-year to ₹300 crore.
The current land bank of Brigade Enterprises is 60 million square feet.
