The average realization for the company stood at Rs 11,138 per square foot during 2024-25, a 40% increase over FY24. This growth is primarily driven by the launch of premium projects, which have attracted a higher price point and increased investor interest. This strategic expansion has helped the company capitalize on the growing demand for high-quality residential and commercial spaces. The company specializes in developing residential, office, shopping mall, and hotel projects. It is known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, which has helped it maintain a competitive edge in the market. Looking ahead, Brigade Enterprises plans to list its hospitality venture on stock exchanges. The company has already filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to launch an Initial Public Offering (IPO). This move is expected to further strengthen the company's financial position and expand its reach in the hospitality sector.
