The average realization for the company stood at Rs 11,138 per square foot during 2024-25, a 40% increase over FY24. This growth is primarily driven by the launch of premium projects, which have attracted a higher price point and increased investor interest. Looking ahead, Brigade Enterprises plans to list its hospitality venture on stock exchanges.
