Real Estate News:Brigade Enterprises, a prominent real estate developer based in Bengaluru, has reported a significant 31% increase in property sales to Rs 7,847 crore in the fiscal year 2024-25. This surge is primarily attributed to the robust demand for residential properties, which has been a key driver of the company's growth.

In its latest investor presentation, Brigade Enterprises highlighted that the company achieved pre-sales of Rs 7,847 crore in FY25, marking a substantial growth of 31% over the previous fiscal year. The company's sales bookings or pre-sales stood at Rs 6,013 crore in the 2023-24 financial year, showcasing a consistent upward trend.

The breakdown of the total pre-sales in 2024-25 reveals that residential properties accounted for Rs 7,567 crore, while commercial properties contributed Rs 280 crore. The total pre-sales volume for 2024-25 was 7.05 million square feet, with an average realization of Rs 11,138 per square foot. This represents a 40% increase over the previous fiscal year, driven by the launch of premium projects.

Brigade Enterprises launched the highest-ever area of 9.5 million square feet, comprising 11 projects, in the last fiscal year. This strategic move has significantly bolstered the company's market position and financial performance.

On a financial note, Brigade Enterprises reported an 18% increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 249.35 crore for the March quarter. In the year-ago period, the net profit stood at Rs 210.86 crore. However, total income decreased to Rs 1,532.29 crore in the March quarter of the previous fiscal year from Rs 1,762.62 crore in the year-ago period.

For the entire 2024-25 fiscal year, the company's net profit rose to Rs 680.47 crore from Rs 401.04 crore in the preceding year. Total income also saw a positive trend, increasing to Rs 5,313.54 crore in the last fiscal year from Rs 5,064.15 crore in the 2023-24 financial year.
