Brigade Group has leased a 7-acre prime site in Chennai for a mixed-use development project.
The development will feature over 1 million sq ft of Grade A office space and a 225-key 5-star deluxe hotel.
The development is located on Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR) in the Tharamani–OMR belt, a prominent commercial corridor in Chennai.
The Tharamani–OMR belt is an IT and innovation hub with global technology firms, leading educational institutions, hospitals, retail centers, and large residential developments.
In June, Brigade Group announced a residential project in South Chennai with a GDV of ₹2,100 crore, and in May, they acquired a 5.41-acre land parcel in Velachery Road for ₹441 crore to develop a housing project.
