Brigade Group has leased a 7-acre prime site in Chennai for a mixed-use development project.
The development will feature over 1 million sq ft of Grade A office space and a 225-key 5-star deluxe hotel.
The development is located on Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR) in the Tharamani–OMR belt, a prominent commercial corridor in Chennai.
The Tharamani–OMR belt is an IT and innovation hub with global technology firms, leading educational institutions, hospitals, retail centers, and large residential developments.
